Something In The Air: Carbon Monoxide
Resulting from incomplete combustion, harmful carbon monoxide is produced instead of carbon dioxide. Even though it is mainly found outdoor where there are heavy traffic, it can get into the building through windows or outdoor air intake through ventilation system. Carbon monoxide can accumulate indoor if the ventilation system is inadequate, leading to health problems.

As part of our air quality awareness campaign, we are launching a series of infographics named Something In The Air which features various air pollutants that can affect our health greatly. Follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to keep yourself updated on the air we breathe!
